Club Notes 29th September 2020

Senior Hurling

Our Today FM and M6 Motor's sponsored senior Hurlers won the Senior Hurling County title after defeating Athleague in extra time on a score of 2.22 to 1-18. Well done to all after coming out on top of such an entertaining contest.

Minor Football

Our PJ Kenny Furniture sponsored Minor footballers were defeated in the County Final by an excellent St Bridget's team. Pearses were hampered by serious injuries to players coming into the game. The players and panel put in a tremendous performance all year and played excellently. Despite our injuries, it gave our panel some Championship experience. Thank you to all the players who participated this year. The management would like to also to thank all the parents and our Minor Board. As a club we will be organizing a presentation night when restrictions are lifted. Stay safe everyone!

Tea and coffee is now being sold in the clubhouse, so if you fancy relaxing with a hot beverage why not call over and relax in our newly refurbished bar?
